The Quang Binh Department of Tourism would like to provide the following information to accomplish Plan No. 2126/KH-UBND of the People’s Committee of Quang Binh Province for the organization of the New Years 2023 Festivities:
(1) Local Street Cuisine
Highlights:
– Culinary activities at business establishments and street food carts along the main thoroughfare
– Experience and learn more about water puppetry.
– Traditional art, street performances, lion dances, dance competitions, and many more thrilling activities.
Location: Phong Nha Town.
Time: from December 30, 2022, to December 31, 2022.
(2) Quang Binh Tourism culinary contest
Highlights: 20 participating groups will demonstrate how to prepare featured dishes of the region.
Location: Doan Gia Resort, Phong Nha Town.
Time: from 14:00 to 18:00 on December 31, 2022.
(3) Art Performance
Highlights: Artistic performances and vibrant music shows.
Location: Walking Street of Dong Hoi City.
Time: From 20:00 to 22:00 on December 31, 2022.
Broadcasting: Livestream on the digital platforms of Quang Binh Provincial Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Quang Binh Tourism, and other media outlets.

(4) Phong Nha Countdown Party 2023
Highlights: unique performances combined with lively music, visual effects, LED lights, and low-range fireworks.

(5) A welcome ceremony for the very first group of tourists of 2023 to arrive in Quang Binh
Highlights:
– Welcome the first group of international tourists with lion dances and welcome performances at the boarding step and the exit terminal of Dong Hoi Airport.
– Welcome the first group of guests arriving at Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park on the morning of January 1, 2023, at Phong Nha – Ke Bang Tourist Center and other tourist attractions.
